It's purpose is to replace the EA progression system with one that is far less random and, among other things, pushes inactives around in a way that makes your world more realistic. It also helps prevents things like ghost…

i7 Isn't really necessary, consider getting something with an i5 instead. 2TB for a boot drive?! o.0 You might want to lower that to a terbtye or a 500GB one sintead. I'd be better to get a dedicated data drive instead of partitioning the 2TB drive.
But the so called "Pro" wouldn't be responsible if anything bad happens to your overclocked CPU. Lots of things that can go wrong especially if the person using it doesn't know what exactly is happening. I'd rather they have a low or high end non K.
Oh... So i'm helping two people out.. Anyways. Go on and tell them you want a Non K series i5, a 650 or 660 ( i would take the 660 ) with 1 or 2 GB ( i would take 2 ) of VRAM, more than 4GB of RAM ( I recommend 8 ), then a 7200RPM HDD and not a SSD. That should keep you playing The Sims 3 and hopefully The Sims 4, but we…
More than enough to play it.. Could use more RAM, but then you said that was your limit in terms of budget. Maybe downgrade on your GPU? Try a 600 series.
Actually you don't need an i7 for gaming... unless of course if you're a poweruser like me. If you're just the run of the mill guy/gal then just get something with an i5 and splurge your cash on the other things. Would you be building it on your own, asking someone to build it for you, making a shop/retailer build it for…
It just jumps above and below 60... i could see tearing sometimes.. I get to the low forties and high eighties, jumps wildly. I've read somewhere that the game actually just runs at 30 so i would like to limit to forty.
Oh, I've solved everything but the building needed to do foresake the fae. Oh, and thanks for that, would definitely help passerbys looking for solutions.
Okay... It may not be completely fixed.. The action is there now, but when I use it, it doesn't prompt a opportunity window. If it matter, they live in Riverview.
I have gone ahead and deleted the cache before I read that because i been experiencing some performance issues only to find out the overclock of mine failed and locked itself in a safe mode state. And no its still not there. I'm currently using all the expansions and stuffs with the 1.55 update.
