That's understandable! I predict a lot of people who don't automatically go for laundry may choose between Off the Grid and food preserves. I have a bad feeling we may split the vote and laundry may end up with the most votes, but at least the team can see we care about these other features!

It's really a bummer that in a pack all about family play there's a lot of "Schoolwork" and "parenting" focus but very little that the community has been asking for. Where is the new playground equipment (jungle gyms, slides, swings, treehouses, bouncy horses) or new toddler hairs?

It's going to give us new animations but not new functionality. Unfortunately EA's criteria for PC is just new animations. That's why we get items like The Tree of Prosperity and Fountain of Youth which have preexisting functionality, different from the basketball net and japanese grill for example.

I'm so impressed with the deals today! I was seriously considering buying the gold version of Lucky Palms yesterday but I'm glad I held out. I missed the casino but there was no way I was passing up the standard version for 850 simpoints. Now I'm just going to have to wait for the casino to go on sale in a few weeks!

That is such a cute little house! I love how open and modern you've made the interior, while the exterior could fit into the woodland feel of HS. What I personally find ridiculous is that for 8000 Simpoints it costs $96.00 CAD when the Canadian dollar (while not right now) has been at parity for quite a while with the USD, and yet it costs a RIDICULOUS $16.00 more in Canada! It's highway robbery. :x
