I had it happen also. My graphics card temporarily fritzed. I did system restore and it was fine again. Not quite sure what caused it. Maybe it's because I have a dual monitor setup.

I would be happy if they released some actual bug fixes for TSM and also let you expand your kingdom beyond those same exact buildings.
