I've been looking into this problem again myself. I don't recall the setting EVER working for me, across different computers and installations. It is one of the most frustrating problems for me, especially when a sim gets obsessed with drinking.

It may sound unhealthy, but the first month the game was out I played over 500 hours. But I've probably only logged in like 200 hours in the time since then. I mostly try out new dlc on my friends game and decide I'm not going to buy it before going and playing Sims 3 or something else entirely.

I would never, ever buy the knitting pack. I'm honesty offended this is coming out instead of ANY of the massively requested things. I don't think I can vote on this, honestly, not gonna get it, no interest in knitting, and no interest in knitted clothing/decorations. Its probably an unpopular opinion, but this seems like a pack that will have no redeeming value for people who aren't into knitting.

Man, long life span, and problems with grinding? I think you are grinding too hard, you will end up with nothing to do and then they will seem boring. I'm one of the few that likes her in both. But she is kind of different person in both games. In Sims 3 she is a lot more "normal" with a more normal family. In Sims 4, she is in the criminal career, has a secret agent husband, and an evil son.

There is one that has that as a feature, that I know of, but I don't think I'm supposed to mention it here. Certainly not anything rated T. Its mostly a very... adult mod. If you have a hard time finding what I'm talking about I think I'm allowed to message you the mod name.

If you decided a Legacy Challenge (caps on that makes it sound like you mean "official" one) with two founders, wouldn't that have to be a different type of challenge? I thought the official one required a single founder, that can't marry a rich sim?

IF you use mods, you could just skip the whole having them become young adult part. Without mods, I believe you could still take your teen sim into CAS and use "Play with genetics" I think. Seems like it would be the simplest way to have a teen parent.

I think the options like, get famous "ask to take picture of" and social action of "take selfie" don't make real pictures. But when you use your sim's phone to "take a selfie with" or take a picture, it makes a real picture.

I guess I play a little differently than others. For me, nothing is off limits, the game is like Ground Hog Day, every thing is back to normal on a new save. Thats one of the fun things to me, seeing how things become different every time. Or maybe its more like Tranquility Lane, I dunno.

One of the biggest factors in error 12 is length of play session. Given a long enough run of having the game open, if you have all the stuffs installed, you will eventually get an error 12.
