My antivirus, Malwarebytes, flags Plumbobber as containing malware upon installation and quarantines the 'MachineLearning/Anomalous.97%' file. I'm sure there's nothing malicious packaged into the program, but it's something you may want your boyfriend to look into.

I've had both the frozen sims and teleporting happen quite a bit too. Repairing the game seems to fix it, but only temporarily because the problem pops back up.
We can handle a difference in opinion without getting personal and making passive aggressive comments. I don't know if it's an undertone or a shading problem, and I don't really care. Whatever it is, it's an annoying bug that's been around for a while now and deserves to be addressed.
I love playing with kelpto sims. After they complete a life stage, I re-plop down any of the lots they stole from so I can replace the missing items. I only use the non-commital trait on spouses - mostly when I'm looking for some drama and have an excuse to break up the marriage.
My darker skin toned sims have splotchy faces as well. I think it's a problem that only appears with high end graphics cards, like the fine lines that appear around a sims mouth in CAS. I got around it by finding CC skin tones that I liked.
