I tried to have my sim place their harvest stand there but each time I go into the buy mode or family inventory, it takes me right back home. How do I place something on a community lot?

ETA: The reason I got an error was because I didn't have enough Sim points. I shut down my game, bought some points and it let me make the purchase and download. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has this problem.

*checks out my TS2 game and sees that it still works just fine* I'd say that TS3 is going to be just fine. Older games take some tweaks sometimes but there is usually a way to get them to work.
