  • Update: I went to Asus website and entered my motherboard (sabertooth z87) and downloaded EZ update again and it was a newer version of it and now it doesn't auto run with windows and locks ups in Sims 4 are gone. No need to uninstall the entire AI Suite to fix this.
  • This makes sense now for me too. I run AI Suite 3 but do not have EZ Update auto launch with my system. I do not have the lock ups. My wife runs AI Suite 3 also but hers auto runs EZ Update and there is no way to stop it (even with msconfig). When I exit EZ Update from the tray her freeze ups stop. Strange what that would…
  • Again, you're making it sound like Asus motherboards being 64bit are incompatible. What motherboard isn't 64bit that has the required specs to run this game? We have tried both wired and wireless keyboards and it doesn't matter. The freezes still happened.
  • What motherboard has an "integrated" cpu? None. What does the motherboard being 64bit have to do with anything? The game is running in 32bit but the computer is still capable of running it.
