"Sims can explore by trotting their way down a long and winding trail or by going downtown to New Appaloosa, ride around Riders' Glen, the Ranches’ Neighborhood. Be sure to check out Galloping Gulch, the National Park Neighborhood, which features plenty of scenic trails through the large rock formations as well as campfire…
In the UK, high school students can sometimes do apprenticeships when they're 16-18 years old. They could expand on that and introduce careers like plumber, hair dresser, etc, that only sims with apprenticeships can get.
I live on Dartmoor in England, which is where the Hound of the Baskervilles was set. It can be very bleak, grey and gloomy here, with thick fog rolling in sometimes. (Look up "hound of the baskervilles setting".) There is also a legend about a hairy hand but enough said about that. Dartmoor would be a good basis…
I actually had a very, very different impression. EA seem to be going above and beyond trying to include different cultures and ethnicities, and they keep on adding. Take for example the Cottage Living expansion pack. It was based on an English farming village. In reality these villages have remained entirely Caucasian…
I completely agree that they need to be more inclusive of men. Surely enabling players to make sims that can live one way of life but not another goes against their initiatives to encourage inclusivity. Rather than a stuff pack, I think they should give an update with more male CAS content that isn't overly stylised, since…
If it's a Scottish theme perhaps they will add actions like tree felling for caber tossing :D they could add things like mining too if they're going that direction!
I think it's going to be based on The Hound of The Baskervilles, with werewolves and other people/nature blends to be added! I live on Dartmoor (where the book is set) and the new world does looks a lot like the small towns here. Although it could just as well be another small town here in the UK! Either way, I…
Do the Sims 4 team read all of these messages? I hope so, I have a gripe about their eco lifestyle expansion pack. I don't like that way you have portrayed industrialisation. I think you should allow for mass-production on the fabricator at lower cost. Please also try to change the negative connotations of "industrial" in…
I think the next EP will be a generations one. I can imagine a new world/neighbourhood catering for different steps on the property ladder, e.g. first homes (or flats), small family homes, large family homes and a retirement community. I nearly chose supernatural/criminal/future/past... for some reason I'm imagining Tracy…
I think the $250 skills classes for adults could be good as free after school activities for kids/teens with some additional ones for their age groups. Perhaps a homework club, I always forget to make them do their homework :)
I really like the Japanese setting and new build/buy items but I kind of wish there was a slightly more modern urban area of the neighbourhood :# Having said that, I only had time to play it twice before the Nov 17 patch so perhaps I missed something!
I think it will be a game pack, like the other holiday destination packs. There hasn't been a new game pack in a while. Maybe a bigger than usual game pack?
I think the next EP will be Uni and it will be released in September/October (to coincide with the start of real life Uni). I also bet we'll get a beach or holiday based GP in June, given the time of year. Maybe a supernatural stuff pack in that time frame too?
