Save file yet? Its just to much to download all the builds at once. I can add new builds later as they are posted. Just need to fill out the empty world to get started.

Thank you! the world link wouldn't work for me with high security. I downloaded your save file and bypassing launcher for world install. Hopefully it will work. Thanks, it was a bit confusing with googles Fall River and River Falls, but your link finally worked for me. TY

@soocoolsim I usually prefer no foundation. Its up to you, if it makes the building easier with a foundation. The U-shape faces to the back of the property. Gym is not necessary. @ciane Thank you. Happy holidays to you. I have the Sims 3 game installed twice on my computer. One game contains no cc's at all, the other game has a lot, due to the era legacies I play. I find it hard to play, Medieval, Elizabethan or Romantic era's without cc's.
