@rosemow Its actually turned off and I have toggled on and off my antivirus software and the firewall. It has not worked :(.

@rosemow I'm not sure. I know my school blocks us from accessing Steam's website and logging in to the app. I am able to access the Origin and the Sims 4 app. The Origin App works great online. It's just the gallery I cannot access.

I'm not sure if this thread will help. I'm also having Gallery issues. I am not able to connect online.
