I haven't patched my game and I am also having the crashing/freezing issue. I did purchase and install the newest store set though which I feel might have been the cause of my headache. I was having no issues before. :(

There is a way that you can manually patch your game if the super patch doesn't work, to make sure that all of your expansions are up to date. I had to do that for mine in the past but I don't remember the link to the page that has them, I think it's on the technical discussion board though as far as I know

It is so terribly frustrating! The estimated delivery date for mine said it should've been here yesterday. Whenever I ordered my games from EA in the past they always got here the DAY of the release. Now it looks like they don't even send it out until the day of the release! (in my case anyways)

Plus I preordered my copy not too long after the bonuses were announced. There is absolutely no reason it should be taking this long.

I should have lol! And after this I might, I just love the preorder incentives origin puts out. But it's honestly not worth the hassle, I order everything from Amazon and like I said, I already have the guidebook which I kid you not I ordered 3 days ago! :shock: at least I have something to look at while I wait.

Yup! Same here! I even tried to download the latest Origin update (I hadn't updated it in a while) to see if that would help. Everything was fine up until about 6:00 yesterday. I had been sending people and hosting sims up until that point.

The tree hasn't disappeared for me, but I did have a really hard time finding it in buy mode. It should be listed under sculptures (I believe) and it's close to the top of the list. I first found it by looking under the lawn ornaments section under outdoors.

I was just able to complete the treasure hunt myself thanks to the future shock kitchen and dining set, I am willing to help anyone that still needs help. Whether it's for a badge (such as the recommendation badge) or you need to add a friend feel free to add me! :D

Adding a friend just worked for both the add a friend requirement and the earn a badge requirement (since I didn't have the friend badge yet) even though the sim guru said it wouldn't qualify. So there is hope for some of the people who have all/most of the badges!

I don't think I will be able to satisfy the DD requirement since I have basically everything, it's really frusterating :( I think I would be able to get all but the DD. I'm just hoping they put something in the DD that I bought in a compilation pack.
