Surprisingly, quite a bit despite having been at home for over a month! I've kept in touch with my friends through voice chat and even got to do a virtual Buffy and Angel convention through Wizard World which was really cool.
Rain, especially when you're in an attic room. I also love the sounds of crows (I'm lucky because I get to hear them every day) and the sound of when the stylus first hits a record.
Thank you, good call! I've been playing for as long and I personally haven't noticed anything either. However, I spend a lot of time building my own neighbourhoods and doing long legacies so I'd rather be safe than sorry. I don't think it's scaremongering, just precautionary for people who spend a long time on their games.
That's a really good point, actually. Thank you for your level-headed perspective. Among all of this, it can sometimes be easy to forget the most important thing of all: have fun! I have been playing over the past couple of weeks and I haven't done any of the no-no's or seen anything amiss so I'm just going to continue…
I didn't even play 4 when it first came out (first time I hadn't bought a Sims game on release day), I came into it early last year and have been enjoying it much more since Seasons. There have been some much needed improvements made over time and I'm starting to enjoy the game a lot more than I was even a year ago. I…
I'll never get bored of TS2, I bought it on launch day in 2004 and have been consistently playing ever since. It is possible to get it working on Windows 10, but it takes perseverance. Fortunately, there are people much more clever than me out there who have handily provided tips online. The community for 2 has always been…
I'm right-handed but I'm capable of using my left for a lot of things. Being a musician means that I have to use both hands in equal measure, my left hand is probably stronger than most typical righties because I had to develop a lot of strength in it to be able to fret decently on the bass guitar.
I've installed clean hoods as well as a couple of custom ones and downloaded clean versions of my favourite premades, with the intention of putting them in some custom hoods. I'm just debating whether to grab an uberhood or not (I can't seem to find a clean one anywhere?) before fully proceeding. It's been a long time…
Never seen Baby Ariel and I have no idea who that even is. But Thorne Bailey is dreadful. I always end up killing him because he's so obnoxious. Talentless and a massive spotlight hogger!
Supernatural. I've been playing The Sims since the first instalment and I've always loved the supernatural elements (I would love a pack that gives us a place like Magic Town from Makin' Magic). I'm desperate for witches in particular, my game feels incomplete without them.
