Question: In the brief it states that the budget is 70,000 above the current lot value, which the brief states is $41,704. Does this mean the budget is 111,704 Simoleans? or do we round down/up to 111,000/112,000?

wait, we have to keep the same facade? are we not allowed to give it a fresh coat of paint? i don't mean changing the siding to brick or wood, but changing the paint swatch, from yellow, to another color?

Do we have to reuse everything in the house? or are we free to sell and purchase new things? I.E are we allowed to sell the cabinets/appliances to get new ones? sell the rugs, old tv?
