UPDATE: I was able to figure out how to fix this issue for toddlers using S4S. For those who are interested, you can find it on Mod The Sims: https://modthesims.info/d/669876/bathtime-fix-for-toddlers.html
If anyone is still interested I recently came across this: Spazi's Mods - Removable Body Chalk Outline: https://spazismods.tumblr.com/post/168787221225/removablebuyable-body-chalk-outline
I know this thread is old but I love this idea! If EA doesn't add this feature, hopefully one of the wonderful modders out there will be able to make one. This would be awesome! :)
I love this idea! Also, if car insurance is added to the game, the cost of out-of-pocket expenses would depend on if the accident was their fault or not, whether they were insured, & the type of coverage they have (liability only, or full coverage).
I don't know if this has been mentioned, but maybe they could add that Sims would need to pay car insurance. Also, they would need to have a credit check to determine what kind of car they would be eligible to buy. :)

@bekkasan My prayers are with you & your hubby for his speedy recovery. @Simanite your signature is spot on...I'm really hoping they change things around, somehow, so our Simmies in 4 can enjoy their toddlers too.
Totally agree. I have a single Sim in my The Sims 4 game right now, & by this point, she'd be married with at least 3 children by now. However, I find myself keeping her single (maybe a date here & there) because I know that the toddler lifestage will be completely passed over & I feel like she'll be missing out on a…
I would definitely choose toddlers. I really miss that life stage. It almost feels like we've been cheated out of an essential part of their life span.
I'm really enjoying seeing everyone's family pics! I'm playing The Sims 3 right now & decided to share a picture of my toddlers. Here are twins, Phoebe & Londyn:
