Surely about time they permanently reduced the price of Sims 3 expansions. Or at least had a sale on them. I can't remember the last time they had a sale that included Sims 3 stuff. They do Sims 4 stuff on sale almost every month!!!
It's just that if I uncheck some expansions (used for the game I was previously playing) then check new ones to start a new game with new expansions I find that when the game loads up I discover it still has the expansions it had before & not the ones I have just selected. I can generally tell because a game world will be…
I love Mosquito Cove. My fave game ever started with a hobo/klepto living there stealing at night (dumpster diving too) & sculpting furniture during the day. It was great fun!
I find Sims 4 so shallow. I never feel part of the community & there is not enough family content. There are a bajillion things to do & ways to play Sims 3!
Most annoying issues (in an otherwise good pack)... 1) Ambitious Sims with restaurants/diners getting a bad moodlet because they have no job. And always wanting to get a job. 2) Inability to BAN a person from the business. Including enemies who just come over to annoy the staff. 3) People incl staff always kicking over the…
Exactly that! There are times I have to go off & calm down in front of a mirror just so I can go back to seeing to customers. I can't describe how annoying it is!
I was thinking of going out to another restaurant, inviting the staff members & maybe building up friendly relationships that way. That would work right? (just an idea...not tried yet)
My sim keeps getting negative moodlets because he is ambitious but 'apparently' unemployed! This makes it harder with customers AND especially my staff who all seem to have become unhappy.
It's odd though. Although in my household they are all prone to getting a drink every now & again, I do worry for my teen girl. She is always at the water. Seriously all the time she either wants to dance or drink water. I think she may have worms...
It's a drink thing. For some unknown reason sims are driven to wanting water, milk or juice on a very regular basis if left to their own devices. Only good thing is that they all garner money if you trash them in the cash bin!
It probably needs a new game now. I did not want a parties & selfies simulation, I wanted a family/life simulation with as much possible as I can imagine. I largely had that in TS3 but the game became so unstable. Very sad.
This happened a LOT when the game was first launched but happens a lot lot lot less now. I always see strangers at the door as an excuse to get the Voodoo Doll out! >:)
Yeah. I have had a tech guru steal a low-grade computer, my school kids even steal books from school. Worst is my culinary sim. She has stolen a coffee maker that was good, but mostly just brings back dirty dishes. |I mean.... WHY? :s You are about to leave work & think, I know I'll have those dirty plates!!!! :*
My only 'issue' is that there does not seem to be any stuff to steal from public places. In TS3 you could go steal lamposts, cars, benches etc from public places. Now I do not see anything to steal unless you go to the house of another sim. Frankly I can't be bothered with the loading screens!
Lazy is really useful for writers & Tech Guru's who sit down a lot. Get them a comfy chair & they get an improved moodlet. They also get the 'lazy nap' which is better than a normal nap but not as OP as the disco nap.
