  • I made a new save, and for some odd reason, it seems to be working in both saves now. Thanks for the suggestion! It's odd, though; it didn't work on my first save when I reset the game, nor did it work when I repaired the game and tried it in a new household, so I wonder what changed.
  • Thanks a lot! I managed to find and remove two of the annoying items with CUSTARD, and I also found another problematic item that I didn't even realize I had. I'm going to go through again later and see if I can't pin down where that last annoying item is.
  • My main concern with buying it was actually the lighting, because although I like the theme, from looking at pictures, it just seems really.. well, dull. If and when I do end up getting it, I'll probably follow your lead and get a lighting mod- thanks for mentioning that.
  • Today I realized just how much I adore Riverview- I love the atmosphere; everything seems to be placed pretty conveniently, and the premades aren't bad either. I'd avoided Riverview for a while (though to be fair, I only got the game in December because I'm LATE-) but it actually exceeded all my expectations. Good-bye,…
  • I used to like them, but I get annoyed by the way my sims are constantly occupied by them and never do anything but interact with the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 things. The last straw for me was when their parents started giving me routing errors, and I couldn't figure out why until I saw an invisible mop materialize in their path. Go figure.
  • I know that someone's already mentioned it, but fortune-telling might be interesting- maybe a witch sim can read his/her own fortune, then find out he/she is destined to be promoted and earn extra job performance. Or maybe they could just get a moodlet that boosts or hinders them based on the fortune they draw.
  • This might be irrelevant, but I didn't realize the UI cheats mod was updated- I had to remove it because it conflicted when I first got City Living, and I never went back and checked on it. Thank you for mentioning it, because I'd almost forgotten all about it.
  • I wonder if there's someone who goes around recreating the Sims that don't make it out of the trailers, because I really like some of them and it makes me kind of sad when I can't find them afterwards.
  • I like the Bheedas, although I don't really play as them- I really started liking them because on one of my first CL games, Jesminder's unborn baby turned out to be twins, and they were so cute ;w;
  • Rarely do I ever marry premades- I generally play matchmaker a lot, and match premades up with other premades I think they'd like. It's interesting, though- at some point I got a story progression mod (I forgot which) and it looks like the game's doing that for me now. Seeing Mila Munch married to Marcus Flex was a slight…
  • Does anyone have any tips for this sort of thing in really small bathrooms without having to take down walls while building? One of the apartments in City Living has like a 2 by 6 bathroom or something, and I have so much trouble with getting things on and off the wall, because the walls are so close together that even the…
  • Congrats! Must be nice for some xD I never really managed to make much profit with Get to Work and I haven't tried running a Dine Out restaurant yet, but we'll see :P

  • Honestly, I really like the idea that others mentioned about covens. I think it'd be a really neat addition to allow witches to perform spells and rituals with other coven members. Also, I'm interested in seeing more content that relates more to sort of neo-witchcraft: things like rituals that require certain items to be…
  • I know a lot of people mentioned this, so at the risk of sounding redundant, it really irks me that all the Sims do this. It really kills the realism when everyone nicely makes their bed and puts away their toys and books. I hate having books scattered everywhere, too, mind you. But not only does it make the slobs less…

  • I don't really mind her, to be honest. Some of her challenges are fun, like Day of the Dead. The only thing I don't like is that every now and then I'll see her wandering around, and she seems to have developed a habit of loitering in front of my Sims' house for a little while without knocking, which bothers me for some…
  • Morgan Fyres seemed to be enjoying the scene in the background  I used to play with twins a lot more, but it started to become a pain, because every now and then I would slip up. I'd end up accidentally having one twin age up before midnight but the other would age up after midnight- so basically the next day. That…
  • That thing is usually a hideous eyesore when it plops itself down in my front yard. Finally, it's found a place where it won't stick out
  • I'm just confused as to how a gnome fits into a textbook. Then again, this is the Sims, where my werewolf Physical Education professor can bound out of the lecture hall on all fours and nobody will bat an eyelash. I suppose everything is fair game.
  • I think I've gotten to around five. My problem is that I get so caught up in making friends and spouses and their families, and then I want to play all of their lives out too, and then I get so rotational that nothing gets done. At one point, there were so many branches to the family tree that someone ended up marrying his…
  • About a week ago, I made a child Sim based on myself. For the fun of it, I gave him a twin sister, a dad, a mom, and an older brother. At the time, I decided to make the dad a supervillain, just to cause some drama and tension. I also decided to make him a bit of a cheater, just to muddle things up even more. So I had him…
  • Y'know, I'd applaud his initiative if it wasn't so creepy.
  • Oh dear... someone looks jealous.
  • Finally! Good luck, Zuha!
  • I never had Sims 3, so I can't really jump aboard the "y u no toddlers" bandwagon, but I do like the kids in this game. Some of their interactions are so hilarious, and I love reading the descriptions of the pranks they can play as Partners in Crime. I'm not totally satisfied, though. I have a few grievances, but mainly,…
  • They're both so adorable- and their adventures are so hilarious!
  • I have a similar issue, but not quite the same as the bug report shared above. I have the option for a group dance, and the members will go to the spot just fine. The other Sims clear the floor like they're supposed to. But when it's time to actually dance, they suddenly tell me that they're having a routing error and…
  • It's odd, because this seems to be happening autonomously to the townies in my game. One of my neighbors had full muscle and zero fat- now his amount of body fat has mysteriously skyrocketed. I think the food stands may have become a slight curse.
  • Anytime I give a key, it's like sims only show up when I'm not home, every single day. They come in, sometimes screw up the apartment, and won't stop pestering.
  • My favorite one is probably the kiddie club I made to help my kid sim make some more friends. I build them a little 'secret clubhouse' at Magnolia Blossom where they hang out, do homework, and play. It's a great way to get homework done and get out of the house :D
