@floridameerkat you can now found the Del Sol Valley Starter in the gallery, it wasn't easy to only use $22,000 but I made it. Hope you like it. Also, if they have more money, I did plan a spot for a TV (on the wall with the posters), and a space for a laundry machine (next to the bath-shower combo)
