I posted on a different Sim age thread awhile back and I broke down the ages (before we got the Infant Update news) that I would like to see. Time to update that post with what I think corresponds to the ages. Newborn: Birth-3 months Infant: 4-12 months Toddler: 1-5 years Child: 6-10 years Preteen: 11-12 years Teen: 13-18…
I always wait until I see what a pack contains before I decide whether or not to get it. The last pack I preordered was HSY because of the preorder content.
If I was in charge of making changes to the ages and visuals for the ages, I would break the ages into the following groups: Baby: 0-2 (Give us babies that are a mix of TS2 and TS4 babies and DO NOT lock them to the crib) Toddler: 2-5 (TS2-TS4 toddlers with the different skills...these toddlers are ADORABLE) Child: 6-10…
I am having this issue on my XBox Series S. I did redeem the kit on my PC through Origin. Is that my problem? Am I unable to redeem the kit more than one time? Thanks.
I had played this on a PS4 but could not get used to the controls and menus. For some reason, I am now looking at the XBox Series S since I am now not able to play on PC due to the game glitches, etc.
I also have a lifelong disability. And this is something I have wanted in the game since Sims 2 and the later games because they can handle much more customization and content. I just do not understand what everyone is afraid of. Disability can happen at anytime during a person's life (I just happen to have been born with…
The only thing in my Sims 4 Mods folder is a Resource.cfg file. The Sims 2 College Adjuster is actually in my Sims 2 Downloads folder where it should be. I tried to delete the localthumbcache.package and got "An unexpected error is keeping you from deleting the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the…
This is an actual mod for The Sims 2. It allows college final exams to be rescheduled; Move Out to be rescheduled; Wants can be re-rolled, etc. I use it to avoid middle of the night finals in Sims 2. Apparently it was last updated in 2019 before TwoJeffs stopped making mods or CC.
Add me to this list. My game is completely unplayable due to the fact that Origin thinks I have CC or Mods installed. I don't have any Sims 4 mods installed. I only have THE SIMS 2 COLLEGE ADJUSTER installed, which I refuse to get rid of because I am still playing Sims 2 and this helps with my University Sims. I keep…
I forgot one. I wonder if they will ever learn from the MFPS (My First Pet Stuff) fiasco they created where you have to own Cats and Dogs just to access some content from MFPS. I HOPE they never pull that stunt again.
Started with Sims 1 on PC back in 2000. Have played on PC, console (Nintendo and Playstation), handheld (Nintendo and Playstation, again), and mobile (Android and iOS phones and tablets, and Nook and Kindle tablets) since.
I gave up trying to play this game. I have gone back to Sims 2 on my PC. I actually feel as if it's my PC that is the problem. I had no issues when I was using an Intel Core I-series processor on my previous laptops (currently using a $1200 Dell lnspiron with an Intel EVO processor). The only thing I have installed that…
I voted Yes because of the jarring transition from Child to Teen in the game when I was able to play it before. I wish there was something in between so it wouldn't be so much of an age gap. There are a lot of gameplay and other features that could be added in a GamePack for them. I realize this could take a lot of work to…
Sims 1: Pros: Different locations to visit; Careers Cons: No age progression from babies without visiting Magic Town, Limited BB/CAS Sims 2: Pros: Too many pros to list Cons: Limited BB/CAS Sims 3: Pros: Beautiful World, Gameplay, CAS Cons: BB, The Sims' appearance Sims 4: Pros: CAS Cons: Lack of gameplay
1) I had to add in the graphics card which there are instructions on how to do this in several posts on the forums. 2) I have the Ultimate Collection (digital download) which I got from EA Customer Support since I was able to prove I owned a physical copy of the game. UNFORTUNATELY, this is no longer an option. They…
Check out HP. I had a $600 USD HP Pavilion x360 convertible (laptop/tablet hybrid) that ran Sims 2 UC, Sims 3 and Sims 4 very well. Sorry for the late reply.
My biggest gripe about this game is the lack of gameplay. I remember hearing that Sims 4 was supposed to be a multiplayer/online game. I think the reason everything is so rushed and incomplete is that they are trying to convert an online game to an offline game. This is why they may be saying that there will be many more…
You're not alone. I tried it briefly on a PS4. I threw in the towel when the game and controls were literally unplayable on a PS4. I ended up eventually selling both the game and PS4.
I have bought a couple Packs and Kits since I wrote my first post in this thread, and I still stand by what I said. I tried to play my game and it is now completely unplayable due to the fact that the game now thinks I have installed Mods or CC when I haven't. I have deleted, reinstalled, repaired, updated and patched my…
I started with Sims 1 right after it was released in 2000 (age 22) and have been playing ever since (I will be 44 in less than 2 months). Sims 2 is still my favorite only because it's the only one this current laptop will play (because Origin thinks I have installed CC for the Sims 3 and 4 when I actually haven't).
It actually depends on how I feel and whether content interests me. I once went on an SP shopping spree for Christmas (I wrote out a list of all the ones I was missing and wanted) and ended up with 20 SP's since they are so cheap lol I am still missing 7 EP's, 7 GP's, 4 SP's, and 10 Kits lol
I thought I was excited for the Werewolves pack. This just surpassed that on an entirely new level. I may have to upgrade to a new laptop next year to enjoy both packs. I will be purchasing this (or if I can win it, that would be even better LOL).
Beta wolf You're helpful, supportive, and very approachable! Just make sure to take some risks, and your pack will do great things! Thanks for the giveaway. I would like this pack. I will be out of town from 6/7/22-6/14/22 but I will be back the day the announcement is made.
That art cover looked way better than I expected it to look. I think they took their time with this one to get werewolves just right for this. I hope there are no game breaking glitches or mistakes with this pack. I am getting this one. I can't wait for it.
