This should fix it. Sliders sometimes glitch out and remove legs or upper half of the bodies of my sims (but the head stays) My height slider does this and setting it to normal height then switching it back to whatever it was at before really helps.

Alpha wooooo It doesnt look bad in the game imo. I have no idea why thats the main argument against alpha MM is really plastic looking but I tend to mix both in game. And MM users are so aggressive when they see alpha sims so thats another point off Maxis match for me.
