the game doesn't create random sims by ethnicity so it's not going to be able to name people based on a perceived ethnicity. It's just a 100% random roll of the dice looking at the whole pool of available options. @sam123 what exactly is an "ethnically neutral name?" I assume you mean white people names. not sure white…

It almost seems like they just test these games on a completely new install every time. They need to have someone actually playing the game for the past 8 years load the new content into their game and see what happens. I had the same issue with a household. Every time one of them when off lot and came back they were no longer married or even friends. I wouldn't realize until I put them to bed and they refused to sleep in the same bed.

My trees do this. They all die down to a dirt pile again and grow to a fully fruited tree each year. It's a miracle!

I agree. I hope I can still elope without having go to down to city hall in another town. The majority of my married Sims elope.

I don't get why everything is and outside stall. They have the ability to make proper inside shops. There are already bakeries-why not build a proper flower shop? I mean who buys their wedding cake and flowers from a food truck stall?

The option to elope was the best thing that ever happened to the game. I got so sick of having to buy a wedding arch and stick it in the yard. When you play with aging on there really isn't time to waste on a big wedding, unless you want your kids to be teenagers when you die.

My sim is currently leaving the prepared meal on top of the counter top stove so when I tell them to cook something they can't because the dirty plates on the stove top. Now true, this happens at my house all the time, but I don't want it in my gameplay.

Based on watching Carl play farming is basically it's own job. Sure there are no promotions or anything but I think it would be hard to hold down a job and also run a full functioning farm in game or in real life. Agree that there should have been a new animal care skill--there is a new minor skill for cross stitch.

@Sindocat I have never played sims 3. Before the addition of platforms there was a foundation tool for sure I used it all the time and it had a lattice work picture. Thanks, I will try drawing the rooms first and see if that works!

I sort of hope rabbits wearing jumpers are optional. I don't tend to dress up my animals. but otherwise it looks interesting. Also looks like more skills for kids. That girl was for sure cooking with mom and cross stitching.

I assume they don't know it's bad because it's not got whatever internal coding label is necessary to know what type of décor it is so when the interaction to review décor runs, they are actually reacting to the things in the room that are actually coded to be things they like, so if the programing says they like the room…

I love the fact that I can take a job, steal all their stuff, give them a bathtub and get paid still. We asked for a burglary career and by god they delivered. Two great Careers! You can be an Interior Decorator or a Grifter!

haven't tried it but likes and dislikes can be changed in game. Try loading them into a house and then opening CAS to change them.

Pansexual and Asexual are sexual orientations, not gender identities.
