Something I've noticed in regard to Plasma Packs is that if I have game generated ones (from mail, Vlad, or computer order) they are used when I 'click to Auto-solve' for caring for my Sim's thirst. I've yet to use any "services" the Sims can hire outside of special events. But I have had a couple set themselves and the kitchen on fire. And the kids with that chemistry set... and the Ray Gun... and the fire pits... Thinking back, my Sims are either pyros or should be placed on a mental health watch.

Goths. Evil Malcolm was a bit of a plum to my sims, so I made a mafia type legacy in alien/drow fashion and had the matriarch kill him. Just to watch a Sim die for her aspiration. Cruel, yes. Satisfying, definitely. Plus Alexander grew into such a cute adult, mohawk and all. And they're always so nice in conversations...

I have a few different saves which I've given different names for, so I never mix them up. Maybe try this? I also like how each different game gives the last name of the family you are playing when you save to provide further clarification.

I was hoping to edit my previous post as well, but it appears that having a poor freshness fish in the aquarium negatively affects Neat Sims which is understandable seeing as they operate at a higher need for cleanliness.
