On the fence. Some of the build/buy stuff (like moving around entire rooms or houses so easily, and rounded fences) looks incredible, and I do like the idea of just dragging around the sim's parts instead of using sliders. Then there's the fact instead of adding it to the Store and milking that cash cow for all it's worth,…
I think it would be a lot harder for him to photoshop in the features. TS2 aliens did have more "alien" faces; almost no nose, the bug eyes, sharp faces, etc. I was always stuck between trying to decide if I wanted my aliens to look pretty (more "human") or actually look alien. I usually had to at least give them a bit…
I'd like it if a sim wouldn't agree to go on a date with you and then decide they have to leave 5 minutes later and act like YOU were the one being the bad date.
Cassandra's hair looks so good that I will fall to the ground crying in a big pouty mess if it doesn't end up in the game. Seriously though, it looks really good (and she looks adorable), so I hope we at least get something similar to that hairstyle.
There has been one official picture with a kid so far (the "May the 4th be with you" one, you can see it here http://simsvip.com/2014/05/03/the-sims-4-new-character-render-life-stages/ ) The kid looks decently cute, so I have a good feeling so far about how other kids will look in TS4.
Yessssssssss. I would really like for this to be included in TS4. It is something I have been wanting. I hate when pretty frames have low energy points. Let me pick the frame I want, and then pay for the quality of mattress I want, please!
I always thought it was fine that sims would know someone was cheating if they "woohooed" in the same house (unless it was a gigantic house and they were on opposite ends), but otherwise... yeah, the omnipotence is kind of annoying. Especially when babies are the ones who "caught" their mother or father cheating, and then…
I think they should have included a simplified versions of CAS, with only a couple patterns per category. I will admit it was annoying having to wait so long for patterns to load, and it seemed really unnecessary at times. A lot of the woods and metals for example were really similar for example. Just being able to change…
While they probably don't, people could report you and then EA would notice (Although usually I only see people get reported if they're being EXTREMELY offensive and rude). So as long as you don't start calling people suckers for buying, you're probably right. But it doesn't hurt to be cautious.
I agree. I know that they wouldn't want to spend a lot of time on making all expansions work together, but a little bit of work would go a long way towards making TS4 great. I know some people were annoyed at how weather/seasons didn't work in the WA locations. (Also that you couldn't bring pets along either) I'm sure that…
I wouldn't say that you're using it wrong, but you can change the "too fast" if you want. I like to play with longer life spans so I use his mod to slow things down a bit. In the romance (or something similar, I think) section you can change how long people date before getting engaged, how long to wait to get married, and…
I agree, my mom was crying the other day because grandma had forgotten her birthday. She hasn't even been diagnosed yet and it's already causing heartbreak.
There had been a game survey for a possible sims 3 expansion pack about leading a double life that I thought looked interesting (Can't find a link to the pictures of it though). It would be interesting to see something like that in TS4. Maybe your sim is secretly a celebrity, but has a Lewis/Clark thing going on. Maybe…
I can understand that. A lot of the CC hair is too realistic, or at least trying too hard to look realistic, and it doesn't work out well. There are only a couple of CC hairs that I've actually tried out and liked enough to keep. A lot of them float oddly, or are to shiny, or have a super high poly count, etc. Usually if I…
One time the headmaster got into the romantic hot tub on his own, and I had my sim get in with him and eventually woohoo with him. Turns out you get literal bonus points for both getting him in the hot tub, and for woohooing with him. Her kid so got into private school.
Better prepare your casket then  because Riverview is free, and always has been. ...Of course it doesn't have awesome premium content or anything, but is a free world.
I agree, I think it would be a fun expansion but I would want more "everyday" stuff to come first. They would probably need to add a couple of other things to help capture the interest of people who don't like that theme. Maybe a good dating system like someone earlier posted.
I sort of like the achievements (they sometimes tell me stuff that I didn't know I could do), but I see no reason for them to be an online thing. Let them be an in-game thing.
Signed. It really would be nice to have more stuff for the younger ages. I hope that if they bring back the little play tables that the toddlers will be able to draw too like in TS2, instead of just play with the blocks like in TS3 (seriously, why even include the paper in the object if it can't be used). I loved being…
I'm pretty sure that you don't have to cheat to ask the other sim to break-up with someone else. I think that I've had sims that were just friends or maybe flirting a little be able to "ask sim to break-up with so-and-so." I may be remembering wrong though.
Along with the not freaking out over stuff breaking, it would be nice if they didn't over react to certain occults as well. While I never played with the simbots, I saw plenty of pictures and complaints to the constant "A simbot!" reaction sims would have (even when they knew the simbot and had no reason to freak out).
This would be so good to have! I hope EA wouldn't take it to far and have only global accessories though. I might want to add a little extra to formal wear after all.
It would be nice for there to be more than just the stereotypical elder. There are plenty of elderly people who, like you said, don't hunch over. None of my grandparents do, although the slow walking is true for 2 of them. As for more equipment, I would be okay with getting more in expansions over the months/years as TS4…
