I'm so glad you're enjoying it! As for using Manage Household's to move Sims/money, that's exactly the way I was doing it too. I move my Sim home for one day between assignments.
I try not to meddle in the affairs of the household, unless it's necessary or makes the game not fun. I will pay bills, repair things, and even feed a kid or two when absolutely necessary. After all, as a good human, I would do the same even if it wasn't my job, right?
I suppose you could try it out that way, but for me, being a household member (with access to buy/build mode) was essential. Not touching the other household folks is tough, but that's what made it fun and challenging for me.
For the first assignment, I took it upon myself to join the Bailey-Moon household and fix the fact that they have multiple bathrooms and only one toilet! I made those stingy celebs cough up for a couple more.
The "no memories after the moodlet disappears" and babies tied to the bassinet are my biggest disappointments in Sims 4. Sims 2 was so fluid with their babies that I sometimes had to click on the crib and tell the parent to put the baby there just to find out where (usually in the snow) they left the poor kid. To me,…
I'd like to add my voice to this. I had Castaway Stories and Sims Life Stories and would sincerely LOVE to be able to play those again. I never had Pet Stories, but I wish I had, and would pay a small fee to be able to play it now. I love my Sims 2 and still play every week (along with Sims 3 and Sims 4).
Thank you @BuildnShare! I really enjoyed participating in this build and feel confident enough to do it again sometime. I really appreciate the feedback and suggestions, not only on my own lot, but on the other lots as well. Learned some new tips for improving my building skills! Congrats to all the winners and non-winners…
Congratulations @lisabee2 ! Also congrats to all the winners. Those were some fantastic builds! Way outta my league but totally fun to look at and dream...
As John missed that first step, he turned to her and said, "Some people are like slinkies… not much good for anything, but fun to watch tumble down the stairs..."

Hey folks... I've decided to get my feet wet and enter this challenge. I've never (ever ever ever) done one of these before so I need a little help. @BuildnShare (or anybody really :p ) I have created my lot and taken my pictures. I signed up for Imgur, but I've never used it before so this will be interesting. I've looked…
Marie was always a bit clumsy, but the day she clipped her wrists to the clothesline became her undoing. No one was home to help as she slowly became dehydrated in the afternoon sun.
"...and I looked out my window...I said 'Lord Jesus, it's a fire! And I just ran right out the house. Ain't nobody got time fo' pants when the roof on fire!..."
Not exactly... I had a couple, along with Simslice's beer mod. Hubs as always faithful. Wifey got drunk around 9am one morning and proposed to the papergirl. She has the memory of having had an affair, but she was still able to have an anniversary party and fulfilled her lifetime wish of Golden Anniversary. And here's my…
Except for the "nothing can be changed part" this is basically how I build houses because I am impatient and a horrible interior designer. LOL I'll definitely have to give this a shot!
I like it! I get bored so easy that I like challenges with something completely different in every generation. Nice job! I think I'll give this a whirl.
Great news and good to hear about the PC team. Thank you so much for reaching out. I know how difficult that can be sometimes in a highly public situation.
I love all these ideas! I would like to see more interactive community lots. * A camp ground where Sims can set up a tent, have a fire pit, stay as long as they like, have other Sims set up camp nearby (on the same lot). * A farmer's market where Sims can sell produce, fish, crafts, etc and other Sims set up their stands…
