It can't be better than Stardew Valley but I'm starving for some new content, so I hope it'll have more to do than just growing plants and owning a farm.

The toddlers are my favourite thing about 4 . I would have never thought that they would turn out so good. The toddler traits really do make them act differently, I barely notice the independent toddlers and have a hard time with those that like to throw tantrums. It's about the language. If it's not an English-speaking YouTuber, than it's an irrelevant one apparently. Even if he has more than four times of subs and gets to play games and show them months before they come out.

I guess the problem is that they had two EP teams prior and now they only have one. Also, EA makes more money on SPs. Think about it, they cost a quarter of the price of an EP without having the quarter of content of an EP. Solution? Stop buying all those SPs. But I'm guilty myself, I've bought three of them on full…

Sims do not cancel out my actions for self-assigned tasks in my game and that's how it's intended to work, so this is a bug in your game. You are right about queuing up wishes that can be done while fulfilling my tasks (always starring at art while doing something, why?). An easy work-around is to queue another action up…

My twin toddler sisters (one is supposed to be bad-behaved and the other one is supposed to be everybody's darling and I hope they'll develop a sibling rivalry... yes, they are redheads...sims 2, anyone? :smiley: ) and their baby brother are ready for my first parenthood play-session tomorrow :smile:

Hmmm, I've already played a vampire family with two toodlers and can't say I've run into problems (I own all EPs and GPs,), but I do remember getting lag in the City Living neighbourhood. I'm going to watch that closely, too.

I think, I'm going to create a family that I'll play in two separate saves to test out before- and after parenthood-release long-term family gameplay. I'll post my results here, so other family players can check if it adds enough complexity to the game for them :)

Parenting that effects the children life-long? If that is really true, this doesn't add just gameplay, it adds something TS4 has been missing dearly: Complexity. Excited!

I'm excited for the family GP. So far, those packs have never dissapointed me and I love the theme (what a surprise)' Just wish, they would dash out more EPS that are better themed. We get them so rarely and their content just doesn't add enough substance.

I think the pricing structure is bananas, especially when you compare SPs to EPs. They don't have a fourth of the content of an EP, although the price suggests it and I'm always quite shocked at the end of a life cycle of a sims game, how much I've paid in total.

Yeah, another sale. I'll get City Living, so my broke pregnant soon-to-be vampire can raise her (hopefully) cute vampire toddler in a haunted apartment instead of an empty lot with just a bush to sleep on.

I hope the team and EA in general understand that EPs are what keeps a Sims game alive and the buyers willing to put up with the prices for little additions.
