My aging settings vary with every save file. In a legacy, I'd have normal aging for everyone, but in a Hunger Games, where I have to spend a long time designing Sims off of various characters, I'd have aging off for everyone.
All of the above. A because if I really wanted toddlers that badly then I'd play Sims 3, B because I'd still be disappointed that I have to go back to the glitchfest that Mac Sims 3 is for me to have toddlers, and C because I don't buy the packs anyway.
