I thought, when I began, that if you had a baby or child die or be taken away before becoming a young adult, you "lose" the challenge. The challenge is not to have that happen before you have 100.
I do cheat them money. It's just to place them in the game. You can also move them to a completely empty lot for less than 20,000. They don't mind having nothing but grass!
I add Sims from the Gallery, usually famous Sims, to houses or lots. It's fun to have babies with famous people, and the aged up Sims can move in with them or with their fathers or siblings.
My first mom painted, which now I think was too easy. It was only difficult at first, then she made plenty of money. The second mom fished, which was more difficult, but still fairly easy. Adding a few perfect plants to that, and money hasn't been a problem for a long long time. My third mom is making money as a musician,…
Hi everyone - I've been playing the challenge for I don't know how long, and my third mom just aged up to elder. She had 21 children for a total of 55 among the three moms. Perhaps of interest: First mom had 10 children and no twins. Second mom had 24 children, two sets of twins. Third mom had 21 children and one set of…
Hi all - I've been playing for years now, and my third mom is pregnant with the series' 54th child. The constant sadness from older children passing away is making it unplayable. Has anyone found a solution?
I've moved people out of my house for a 100 baby challenge and into an empty lot or empty house. Where did all the stuff from the house go? Nothing happens to them, they come visit and their fine, or I visit them and they are fine.
How about everyone bypassing the stocked fridge and heading for the barbecue? I've mostly deleted them for that reason. Or sitting on the bed of a sleeping toddler to eat? It seems like if there are two sims anywhere, anyone eating will take their meal there. They also frequently leave the kitchen to put a cooked meal down…
I haven't found that the fertility trait makes any difference at all. I'm on my first toddler in the challenge. My new mom kept two of her older brothers home, so they are there to help. But even with three adults to give the kid attention, there's no way I'll max her skills before she ages up anyway. I wonder if I'm doing…
Toddlers have arrived just as my new mom is a teenager, so it will be a while before I experience one. I had ten babies with my first mom and twenty three with my second. Very puny results compared to most of you!
My second mom is going to age up before she can have any more. She had #34 for me, #24 for her. Here she is with lots of her kids who showed up from the neighborhood.
How can 27 be young adults? Do you have aging on the normal life span? My first mom had only ten kids, but the second is pregnant with her 19th, so 29 all together. The last baby was fathered by Yoda and is green!
