HELP URGENTLY<br />

I am absaloutley FURIOUS.I go onto my SIMS 3 launcher,everything is fine there.Press play,loads up the black screen with a little blue loading circle in the middle,perfectly normal.But I went downstairs for my tea,I was there about half an hour,I came up....AND IT WAS STILL ON THE BLACK SCREEN.Ot has done this many times and I have no idea why!!!I have lots of cc and a few mods but I am SO MAD IT IS UNBEARABLE considering I run two simstagrams and have to post lots of pictures.Whoever helps and resolves this problem will be greatly praised.<br />
