Who would you rather see recording a simlish song?

I'm not too happy with this EP artists. I mean Pixie Lott?! 🐸🐸🐸🐸?!
I would LOVE to see Lady GaGa! And Katy Perry to make a return.

Lisa Miskovsky (the Mirror's Edge song)
    Ozzy Osbourne
    Black Sabbath
    Motorhead
    Saxon
    Spinal Tap
    The Who
    The Bee Gees
    Jethro Tull
    Clannad

And many, many more.. I especially liked the Sims version of "Too Shy Shy" from whichever Sims 2 EP that came with, I don't recognise the majority of the songs / artists EA uses but that's not surprising really since they're mostly modern ones.

Ok really? It really doesn't matter. I mean if it were in English I would understand but the only thing we are going to recognize is the beat. Fergie is from the black eyed peas that's all i know those other artist all i could do is go :?:  :hunf:

And I don't know if it's just me but Feldynn who are those people. No I do not mean Ozzy 8) . How bout some jazz music? How bout some r&b or hip hop? How bout some soul music? How bout some decent rap music that isn't about women, money etc like Common or even one of the more inspirational songs by 2pac (dead but not forgotten) like Changes?

Who knows why they chose who they choose. Maybe they just decided to go with the people who would charge them the least to do it? Maybe they went with the people who they think actually play the game? Who really knows. But as long as it's NOT in ENGLISH I don't really care it's just the beat we MIGHT recognize. I know I know I already said it.

Motorhead and Saxon are both British heavy metal bands from the late 70s, Spinal Tap was a sort of comedy band, a parody of that whole period that did a movie and released a couple of albums.

The Who, British rock band started out back int he 60s I think.. their songs are the themes for all the CSI shows.

The Bee Gees, disco band that were big in the 70s I guess.. Stayin' Alive, John Travolta / Saturday Night Fever.

Jethro Tull, kind of a folky, bluesy rocky band been around since I guess the late 60s.. lead singer also plays the flute while standing on one leg.

Clannad, celtic folk band (not sure when / if they were that well known).

I have a very broad taste in music, though most of it isn't really modern stuff so that's probably why a lot of people here won't know who the groups I listed are :).

Oh ok seen. You do know that that just won't fly. Most teens nowadays are 90's babies. They definitely won't know about 70's and 60's groups unless their parents made them listen to it when they were younger. lol. I didn't know those groups and I was an early 80's baby then again my parents are West Indian I got raised off of Beres Hammond etc.

Oh I forgot to put Reggae music. I love Reggae. Why can't they have a reggae artist too?

Lol Michael Jackson. Not lol like laughing but lol like do you know how much it would probably cost them to do a simlish song using anything from him? I bet they would have to pay a pretty penny in royalties and that just wouldn't fly. His music has now become more epic then ever. Did I use epic right? What? I know it's sad that I even had to ask that question  . lol

I don't care at all who does the music. I'd rather that EA use no-name bands and make the games cheaper, rather than pay huge amounts of money to a great band and then raise the prices on the game to pay for it.

And I know. It almost makes me cry.
JoBros and Miley are awful. :(

    I have one more:
    Pink Floyd.

I probably actually have a ton more, but I can't really remember. xD
I'll probably pull them out of my sleeve later on.

    I know. P:. Their way too over-rated.

Ahah I mentioned Pink Floyd earlier I believe, not too sure. *shrugs* Oh well, who can get enough of 'em?

I also forgot a lot too. I mean, I had to google to find some bands I know. And I almost died a little inside when I didn't mention Queen. I was like "AH, how can I forgot, BOHEMIAN RHASPODY!!! WE WILL ROCK YOU/we are the champions, gah *headdesk*"

Ah. Whoops. I must have missed PF.

And really. I hate it when bands slip my mind. I'm like, "No! How'd that happen?"

    I have anyother one I didn't mention:
    Bonnie Raitt
And I like One Republic, but they're not as amazing as all the previous names dropped. xD

Yeah. It can be like my favorite band for me. And I'm like "What the hell, I freakin' missed that!?"

I like One Republic as well.

I have a couple other bands, but you probably don't know 'em:

    Lacuna Coil
    Evanescence
    OTEP
    Arch Enemy
    Tiamat
    Moonspell
    H.I.M
    Mariyln Manson

And some Japanese bands you probably dunno either:

    Gackt
    L'arc'en'siel. (Something like that)

Okay. I really think I can't remember the rest x:

I must admit I don't know the rest.

I also know of an awesome band that never got famous, but has Madonna's guitarist, a drummer that played for Madonna and Seal and I think the bassist played for Prong...
The lead singer's my favorite artist who is famous now, but still not well known (yet.)

Yeah. Some are death-metal bands I just popped in. Honestly. Not too sure if you would like them, their pretty hard.

    I lovvveee Madonna.

Y'know what I hate. When good bands are less well known than bad bands. Like, honestly how much do you hear the words "I love the Jonas Brothers" over "I love Guns N' Roses!"

Not too sure about you, but I hear the first one better. It's disappointing.
