I think I found a way to get festivals to work in my game(for activities to show up) not sure if it will actually work I have been busy since my last picture update so I'll try and play in an hour or so and hope a festival starts up again so I can get some screenshots
It's still winter in my sim's world, but it will be spring in a few sim days so hopefully I'll be able to get screenshots of the spring festival when it comes around

A zombie came during the full moon...in a swim suit :shock:
My sim is pregnant
The eldest daughter, Miwa, warming up during an extra cold night
The baby(well current one ) of the family aged into a toddler!
The family held a gift opening party
The beginning of the stack of gifts
I had to add more chairs for the party-even more as more guests then invited arrived!
After everyone arrived and the gifts were placed all guests(and family members) took a seat to open gifts/watch the gift opening
After people opened their gifts they left...the guests all opened their gifts first, then the family
The father sitting all proper like
After the gift opening party was over the father decided to take his youngest daughter on a stroll outside
For some reason he didn't change into his outerwear :roll:
Miwa aged into a teen
Now I'm going to try out online dating :-)
Another member of the household aged up too-the pup aged into an adult dog!
He takes after his father's features but has his mother's coat
The seasons in my game finally switched over(snow is still on the ground) from winter to spring. My poor male sim has allergies to something in the spring.
Anyway, I noticed there were these lights on my house-it reminded me of the unicorn signal. So I go to map view to see if it is a unicorn and it just hasn't become visual-but it wasn't.
My male sim noticed them too so came out to investigate which is when I thought 'Ah, I know what this is now'. So I watched, this is what happened next
A few minutes later I hear a sound and see that the space ship is back
He doesn't seem to happy with the alien and has a moodlet saying he feels probed Wonder if he will end up pregnant? At least it would give his wife a break from having kids XD
I have to go to bed now so I have some sleep for work tomorrow night-but I will most likely play a bit before work so hopefully I'll be able to share more screenshots of spring and to see whether he is pregnant or not!

any of the old hair works as outdoor hair (to keep warm)
oh and does a horse gets a modle for rolling in the snow.... ours used to love it...
Kids, at least female ones, have a few coats(around four) that came with seasons to chose from and one full outfit(the eldest child is wearing it in one of the screenshots). There is one new full outfit for adult females-my female sim is wearing it in her latest pregnancy. Not sure about males-I'll check
Yes, outwear works on pregnant sims and toddlers(there is a screenshot of the youngest daughter wearing outwear) not sure about elders as I have not played any of them.
Hair-from my experience-doesn't contribute to keeping a sim warm. It's the clothes.
I haven't played around with horses yet-but I'll probably do that soon

A side note-to those who downloaded the house, I recently noticed a slight mistake in the roofing. On the upstairs level-build a wall around where the staircase is and then re-set the roof. Otherwise your sims will change into outwear/bring out the umbrella when they go up the stairs to get to the second level since that area is 'unfinished' the roof wasn't included on there ^^
When Satoshi(My male sim ^^) was taking care of his youngest child(now a toddler) he had some noticeable weight gain
Not that big of a deal, soon the spring festival came and Satoshi, his wife and son attended it(the two older children had to go to school)

Kissing booths! {Seems like the dog wants a kiss XD }

Later Satoshi has, noticeably, gained more weight and his stomach has started to randomly glow green
He's got a waddle~
In no time at all he's stomach glows again and he feels pain
and gives birth to an alien baby boy he decides to keep and name bal'c
{Him being half white comes from bad CC I have in my game-trying to find it and uninstall it!}
Stopped by Starbucks for a coffee to cheer myself up after mad dashing to the school. Then my toddler promptly spilled it all over my brand new gaming keyboard.

I thought the male would get a baby bump like females do-not just gain weight all over. But in a way it makes sense-since males weren't made to carry babies.
