Bio: Ruby's Manor is the sister home to Raven's Manor, both Gothic Victorians. Unlike Raven's Manor, Ruby's Manor is a little brighter with more colors and better furniture. This home includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an indoor pool with fireplace, green house garden bu the garage, living room with piano and chess table, upstairs study/playroom for kids, with little nook for pets, alchemy room, laundry room, open kitchen and dinning room, and family graveyard. Ruby's Manor is the perfect place for your dark witches and vampires. No CC or Store content 8)

Hi Rawr2019 is it true that elixers/potions and Bug's do not upload with builds? I noticed you said this on another forum, as I am using a sim with a bag full!

Name of Lot: La Sangria Lounge
Bio: My lot is a former mortuary turned into a Vampire Lounge called La Sangria Lounge. My BF gave me the idea for the name which loosely translates to Blood/Wine so I felt it fitting.
This is a 20x20 lot with with a main area for non-VIP can have fun. On the first floor you will also find a "Viewing Room" for those who have departed. There is a VIP area upstairs which is the "Vampire" area. The second floor is open to view the bottom area so the Vamps can find their prey.
There is a Crypt/Wine Cellar in the VIP area as well.

Hi Rawr2019 is it true that elixers/potions and Bug's do not upload with builds? I noticed you said this on another forum, as I am using a sim with a bag full!
If they are stored in the new alchemy cabinets from Supernatural they don't But I heard if you put them in the treasure chests from World Adventures they stay or if you're uploading a sim, upload them as a household and the items stay.

@ Snowmoon , OMG LOVE the idea, (evil snicker) they can view their prey downstairs. Great jam area too. Can't have too many places for sims to jam.
@ Rawr2019, Its freezing here... Great build, I want to have the pool room with fireplace in RL. :roll: I get a tad jealous of my sims sometimes.

The 3rd floor attic is set up for all your magic needs.
The attached garage is complete with a workshop.
The exterior features include a cemetery, pool, pond, play area, witches arena and more!
This was the 1st lot I built after SN was released.

No problem! I'm happy to intervene (if that's the word)
I have this in my studio;
It has CC but it wouldn't be hard for me to remove it and upload a CC free version for this comp.
The trick will be finding the time but I see I still have a little up my sleeve, so fingers crossed I might be able to enter.

Bio: ok now dont let the name fool you this vampire lounge was named by the great count frampyr's relatives after his untimely death due to a fall while building the lounge, he did however wake up and as usual kept everyone laughing when his last words were "was i out for the count ha ha" with that they named the lounge.
it is a must for any vampire or any other supernatural to come down for a boogie or just to chill with friends,mabey you just want to have the Gothic atmosphere while you go for a swim in the pool or have a soak in the hot tub.well whatever you do im sure you will have a fang-tastic time :twisted: :twisted:
