I'm a bit swamped at the moment though. I've never built a castle before and I'm building Sithia's from scratch...and scratchin' my head as I try to figure out what I want it to be. I'm also playing my sims because they are developing much slower than the story's pace. There should be another story update tomorrow. :-)
CK I just wanted to tell you I Downloaded all of your Ravenloft Homes that you have up so far. I was finding a slight glitch with the stairs, because you have the stairs on top of each other the Sims will walk down the stairs, turn around an walk back up and they will keep going up an down the same set of stairs and cancel out any interactions you tell them to do.
I deleted the stairs and placed them side, by side and it seemed to fix the issue. I just thought for future information you might like to know and if anyone else has this problem I explained how I fixed it. It's not a big problem just a slight glitch but I thought you'd like to know.

I put Supernatural hair on Sithia because I have no idea where her CC hair came from. She does have eye-makeup and lipstick that will probably transfer, but I think it's nice.
The Partnership
A human asking to join her household certainly caught Sithia by surprise.
A stranger coming out of nowhere was enough to set Katelyn on edge, but he was a vampire as well.
"How do you know so much about me?"
"A close friend of mine had a vision of you. She said I would meet you here and you would want me to join you. She said it would change my life."
"This friend of yours can see the future?"
"She's hit or miss, but there are times when she has visions of which she is certain. Her name is Xara."
"You know a lot about nectar making. I would certainly want you if you do. I am better at growing the fruit, but I do not know much about what would make the best blends."
Katelyn leaves to get her bottle of nectar from the machine.
"I could use the help, Zane."
"I have blends I want to try, but I lack the ability to grow quality ingredients. If what Xara said it true, I believe we will have a beautiful partnership."
"Not worth drinking, eh?"
"Come by our house and bring Xara, she sounds very interesting. You can look at my garden and tell me what I need to grow. We are at 64 Queensbury road."
"This is wonderful. Things are becoming more complete. I can feel it."
"That Zane is attractive."
Katelyn imagines Lenny's response to this new addition.
"We're done here. I think we should save our nectars and compare them to Zane's blend. We will probably be in for a shock."
"I take it Zane completes you, Sithia?"
"Yes, that, and he also isn't bad to look at."
"Things are going to get cozy around here, Lenny."
"How? Is the house going to shrink?"
"It might feel like it."
"Great news! We have a new companion, perhaps two."
"I'm going to bed. I can't wait for tomorrow."
"That's only part of the story. He's a vampire. I bet his friend is one too."
"He?"
"Yeah. Quite attractive and seems very intelligent."
"Katelyn!"
"I was so excited about Zane, I forgot about your personality elixir."
"Take a seat while I mix it up."
"So you have a good feeling about this Zane, Sithia?"
"Yes. I find it difficult to believe my luck."
"Well...as long as you feel good about it."
The elixir using the Monarch butterfly was mixed up and given to Katelyn.
"OK think about the kind of person you want to be and shed the personality you don't want."
"Oh...I think my fear is gone."
"Being without fear should certainly be noticeable if you are used to feeling fear all the time."
"I think this will make it easier to be around Lenny and Zane."
"Good. Perhaps you will not need to change clothes so much."
"Let's hope so. Thank you, Sithia."
"You are welcome. Goodnight."

Two days later Luna aged up. I can't wait to see how her days as a teen progress.
I feel sort of bad about leaving the Lovegoods in Moonlight Falls unplayed. I do like that tower in Moonlight Falls. I created Luna as a teen, but aged her back in CAS because I thought it would be fun to raise her up to a teen. I'm not sure how old she was when she lost her mother. I didn't really think about it, then again, I wouldn't want to create her mother just to have to kill her off. Apparently Luna's mom died from a spell accident when Luna was nine, so I guess this is accurate.
I love all of your stories CK, but I think that Sithia is my favorite of all of your characters. Sithia seems a little too trusting of others, hopefully Zane will be okay
I like her too. I am not playing her as I originally intended. She was more of a watered-down succubus in concept, but now more of a faery with ambitions now.
This isn't an official installment to the story, but I was playing around in Moonlight Falls and made over Jannet in CAS. She was married to Beau Merrick, who happens to have moved from Bridgeport. I had to steal her for Bridgeport, so look out for her soon.

"I met Sithia. I don't think you are wrong at all."

"I bet your vision will make sense in the end. Let us see how it goes."
"Stay ze course and enjoy ze ride, no?"

"If you start coughing up gold, it is working. If you cough up toads, or worse, turn into one, then...not so good."

"I'm thinking that you will get a lot of yield from your garden, nevertheless, you are going to need more space."
"You will also need a basement, which would also be a good place for me to live. It's a nice house, but I'd rather be away from windows in the daytime."

"Yes, ze city is so beautiful from 'ere."
"You cannot see ze city for ze skyscapers while standing within it."
" 'ey, where is ze golden one?"
"Katelyn? "She's upstairs practicing her alchemy and magic."

"Sure, I can sleep in my faery house if things are too tight."
"But that shouldn't be needed. I want to get rid of this pool. It takes up too much space. I dislike the smell of chlorine anyway."
"Yes, it has to go. we can build a wine cellar and a chamber for me in the space gained by its removal."
"Oh...I'm feeling left out. I should go down there."
"Xara? Are you OK?"
"Oh...la douleur! My stomach."

"Better than toads, Xara."
"Yes, I agree, Zane."

They all retired for the night, except for Xara, who spent it dancing and coughing up gold.
