I thought I'd provide a quick sneaky peak at the manor house and it's grounds. Again picture heavy I'm afraid:
The entrance to the front gardens with the manor on a separate lot behind this:
From the South side memorial gardens:
Aeriel shot:
The kitchen (Wine cellar through the archway):
The Entrance hallway/Armoury:
Main Hall:
French Regal Suite:
Chinese Bedroom:
The Old Study
The Ballroom:
The Chapel:
East Reception Room:
The Old Nursery:
The Dining Room:
The Garage:
Down one of the corridors:
The Peace Pavillion:
Some ground shots of the front:
The rear, taking in the East Gardens and overview:
So as you can see, this is one big monster of a lot!
There are underground corridors and a dining room a swimming pool and a gym and more bedrooms.
Can't update this in-game. ANy changes have to made thru CAW version, so the testing version will never be complete until the world is finished due to the size of the beastie!lol!
I love what you have done with the estate. I have actually been thinking about doing something similar and I am curios about how the gates work with them not being on the same lot as the house? What about things like driving off the lot, car pools, etc? Have you tried any of that?
Do you have "Lara" owning all the surrounding property?
Routing-wise, Lara walks around the "Front Lawn" to get to the "Drive" and pick up for cars!
I need to tweak a few of the lots to make sure they work properly!
Can't decide whether to patch the game to get the new items (They do sound quite exciting!) or not....
Whilst waiting for the CAW update (soon please) I've started work on the existing buildings in the town.
Haven't really updated many lots for Showtime, so adding in a few more of these as well as working out where to put some horsey stuff
So here we are in September! Yikes! Where is 2012 going?!?
Anyhoo, more pictures, more of inside some of the community buildings
Enough talking, and more showing of piccies
The Retail park Diner
The backlot at the film studios
Inside the Gym
Library
Around the convienience store
More of the Estate gardens
Still more to do, but still feel like progress is being made.
Next time, I hope to show more of the landscape as it trundles towards some sort of completion.

I haven't forgotton or given up on this, I've just been a bit busy with other world stuff, but...
I'm hoping to get a new update for this sent out soon, including more pictures.
Thanks for looking

It looks beautiful -- but how playable is it?
