    Don't you think that the Expansion Pack comes a little bit to soon? If a remember correctly the first EP for the 2p previous titles came after a year or so. So why do you think this ones comes so early...

      I think that it is coming out so early because they have been getting problems that people have noticed, but maybe they cant fix these problems with a update, however i think it is kind of good bringing one out, but bad at the same time because i haven't got to grips with all the new features on the game. :D

      God help me :P

      It's really not that big of a difference.

      yeah i think its far to early , let us enjoy the sims 3 just now and IF people were to get bored of it then thats when i think they should bring a expansion pack out

      If you get bored of it then, won't you want to buy a new expansion pack rather than having to be bored a few months until it comes out. You don't have to buy it until your bored anyway.

      I don't know the typical release schedule for expansion packs, but assuming it's actually coming out in November like I think I read, that's just a little less than 6 months from the initial release date. Maybe a little soon, but not ridiculously so IMO.

      6 months from release and just in time for Christmas ... It's a business, also looking at the one post with the dates the university update came about 6 months after the release of sims 2. It's all carefully orchestrated, how long was it after spore was released and now an expansion pack is out for it ...

      This isn't something they've recently decided to do. It takes time to program and test before it can be released for use. This has been planned and on their schedule for some time now ...

      Wow! I did not kow the new release date for world andven. xpack. That seems a bit too early. I guess even EA is getting hit with this economy.
