modthesims3 IS rubbish. because thats not the real site. the REAL site is just MODTHESIMS.

ModTheSims is probably the best site for CC. They only accept good stuff.
Thar are many reasons why CC isn't so diverse like it is for their TS2 section:
TS2 has been out for almost 5 years, lots of time for modding.
TS3 has been out for 2ish months.
TS2 has more creators, and modding is generally easier for TS2.
TS3 has a very small CC community, and modding is time consuming.
Of course TS2 has better stuff, because it has more experience, more time, and its easier.
After 4 or so years with TS3, MTS will be full of amazing content.
The OP was just doing another "TS3 to TS2" compare, its impossible to compare them at this point because of the time difference, and the lack of EPs and SPs.
