Ugh, I could not agree more! I mean, I'm only a teenager, but I actually enjoy reading (/gasp), I have all my life. I would even read when walking to class in primary school in the morning, even if it was only those Franklin books.. (lol sorry random memory there) My friend's sister read Twilight when it first came out I think, in '05, and when I was at their house in April '08 she recommended it to me. So I read all the books that summer, and I loved them. I finished the last one the week before school, I think. Then when I come back there's all these giggling girls freaking out over the books because "Edward is SOOOO HAWT OMFGGGG!" And I agree, the movie was terrible. Bella's much happier in the book, and I don't think anyone imagined her to have the voice of a man, lol.
