Some time has passed, with nothing much of interest. Shirley and Kryptic worked on their skills, for the most part.

There was occasional flirting, but for the most part they just played chess. Lots and lots of chess. Interestingly enough, despite Kryptic's genius trait, he's only managed to win one game against his roommate-- and she's absent-minded, for crying out loud! He should be ashamed of himself. Ashamed, I say!

When they eat together, Shirley always has to clean up. Kryptic pulls out a book the second he's done eating. And here I thought it would be the slob trait that left Shirley with dish duty... Interesting.

One morning, Kryptic decided to invite Shirley to the Art Gallery. She agreed.

Of course, she had to stop to do her morning routine before they left.

They were supposed to walk together, so why Shirley decided to sprint ahead and leave Kryptic in the dust is beyond me.

He didn't appear to mind, thankfully.

The gallery was... Interesting.

This was their initial reaction.

"I don't think it's that bad, really, it's..."

"It's just that... Err..."

"Okay, it's kind of horrible."

They discussed their dissapointment with others touring the gallery. This guy agreed with them, apparently.

They tried to get their flirt on, but said guy kept interrupting them.

They tried ignoring him, but some things are easier said than done.

In spite of this, they were getting along pretty well...

Until Kryptic decided to ruin the mood by talking about books. Shirley was not pleased.

She tried to inform him that books were NOT romantic, but I'm not sure he got the message.

More coming in a sec! Btw, they live in Riverview in my game. I think I was more dissapointed by its Art Gallery than the simmies were... ):

Ah ha. Great stuff you two.

The sprinklers look fun, and what do the pregnancy books do?

The fight at the Bistro was awesome. At first I didn't think Lance was going to step up. He's a good man to defend his woman like that lol

They mesh well together...in more ways than one.

Thanks guys!

In spite of things, Shirley and Kryptic looked pretty happy when they left.

With no one invading their personal space, they were much more at ease and resumed flirting.

There were some hints dropped...

And eventually they shared their first kiss. Aww.

Kryptic asked Shirley if she would consider dating him, and she agreed.

I hope he realizes Shirley is a hopeless romantic. He's in for a heck of a ride.

Extra! Meet Shirley's stalker.

I don't know the woman's name but I swear she is following Shirley around everywhere.

Last night when Shirley was out to meet some townsfolk (she needs to work on her charisma skill, after all) her stalker informed her she was pregnant. Like so:

Congratulations, I guess. Thanks for vomiting in front of the theatre.

He was pointing at them, Barbie. Pointing and laughing. And there wasn't an option to shoo him or anything, either. :C /sadfayce

Kryptic is Genius, Slob, Artistic, and Bookworm if I recall correctly. He didn't have a fifth trait. I'm glad I didn't give him one, as it seems he is quite the character already.

We're twins irl tho', so we're used to being mixed up. xD;

I might end up using a different sim, however. I'm about to play around in CAS with my new CC, so we'll see!

BTW, Ian is a hottie. I'll download him with the v-neck since I have that shirt, and hopefully he won't crash the game. /hopeful!

Vigmed, thank you for taking the time to read Lance & Sierra's story. I think they do extremely well together also.

Woah. :shock: He did crash the game! I clicked on him in the bin, and he came up, loaded fine. Then I click the check mark, and the sound messes up for a few seconds and the game closes. I think he's cursed! :<

Did you have other pre-made sims that you've downloaded in there? I have to let every one of them load before I can select one and not have my game lock up. I scroll to the last panel of pre-mades and wait for them to load, then I can safely choose one and load it. Just a thought.

Bookworm, Slob, Artistic, Genius are Kryptics traits. Maybe they're not mixing well, those traits.

That is good Polly. the Gallery scene had me worried thinking that dude was going start something with K. The Stalker lady is interesting too.
