      I just wanted to say Calmorezoo did an excellent job on my request. I will definetly being coming back here if I have any other ones!

      And Calmorezoo, please let me know if you ever upload my lot onto the exchange so I can rec and favorite it.

      which I've been playing with nonstop for the past 2 days. Not only is she a very talented builder, but an absolute pleasure to work with. And, from what I've seen turned out by this team so far, I would say they're all living up to and exceeding expectations.

      Number of bathrooms: 2 1/2+

      Do you need any accommodations for pets on this lot (barns, stables, dog runs, etc.)? need space for 2-3 unicorns and a dog
      Additional information and links to photos/floor plans if you have them: This is an example of what I mean by 'unique structure style', but anything fun or funky goes. :)

      I have no problem with mediafire, but I hope once your issue with exchange is fixed, you'll also upload it to exchange so that other can easily find it. I think other than me, there are probably other players that are looking for some LN venues for AP world. :)

      Sorry, one more thing. After I think over, I don't think pool and hot tub will fit in with a sport bar venue, maybe replace it with ponds. So my updated request (I bolded the parts that I changed).
