    This one and more can be found in my studio. Some, as this one was, were done for a specific request, some just because I wanted to create that sim or lot.
    Some do have cc but, it is all safe, clean and play tested with all EP, SP, BB and, HS so no worries that it will make sims look funny, cause blue lots or other such nonsense.

      Summit Springs Studio: A 40x40 film studio lot for smaller towns and, no sci fi stuff, a western set and a suitable house for filming inside- fully furnished. No third party cc.

      I really like the woodside splender, its a lovely build Dark...truely. I caught up on all my recs..your a very fast builder going to have to check this thread more often:)

      Your lots are very pretty, my favourite is the woodside splendor - I've already recommended it from itguyinsc's appreciation thread, and now left recs for the others. :)

      And here is another home for your sims. Forgotten Splendor is a cc and store heavy Victorian with a greenhouse, Attached garage, 3.5 bath, 3 bed plus nursery home. Complete with a butler's pantry, breakfast nook and formal dining room as well as a sun room, gazebo and lavish decks.

      In addition to the cc packed with it you will need the ultra lounge set, Jazz age Living Room, The Medeteranian Kitchen/Dinning and, the full Regal Living set as well as all EP and SP for this home to appear in your game furnished as shown.

      Barn Mansion

      Once again it does have The Mediterranean Kitchen/dinning and the Regal Living sets form the store as well as things form all EP, SP and third party cc.

      This old barn has been converted into a mansion complete with a crafting attic, beautiful decks ans a spacious layout for a large family. It is a luxury mansion but, has not lost that country feel.

      It is huge, that is on a 40x40 lot and, as you can see, it leaves little room for much besides the house. It would be great for a legacy home, Just pop it on a 60x60 and relocate the corner trees and flowers, add a play yard and family cemetery, maybe a pool and, if you really need more room convert half of the attic into two more bedrooms and a bath.

      Hillbilly Demo Derby

      This house actually belongs to one of my neighbors. He is into demolition derbies. Parts of the home are bare wood (the light colored section) as it is unfinished. He is also a computer wiz and his wife likes the shade of green in the kitchen as well as the western feel in the living room.

      The shack is a representation of his dad's travel trailer in the yard. Inside the raised section is the original house, the lower section is the unfinished addition. Unfortunately it has looked like that for the last 7 years LOL.

      Sunshine Castle

      Description: Well it isn't quite a castle and the sun does not always shine here but, it is a fine base game only home for your sims. This one is base game only, no cc, no store, no Dr.Pepper no anything except base game content.

      Great work, Dark! I especially like Sunshine Castle. You don't see much that is base game ONLY, and this is a lovely version of a base game only lot. I especially like the pool, very interesting shape and placement for it.
