My sim won't stop creeping!

My teen sim was gorunded, but then snuck out to prom. But he has since been un-grounded and "let off the hook" but every time he moves (to the fridge, to the showwer, to school etc etc) instead of walking, he creeps.

How do I make it stop?!

My sim has even aged up, but he hasn't stopped creeping everywhere. I've even tried resetting him, but nothing has worked. :?

Has anyone solved this problem yet? One of my girls has started doing this now. She was grounded because she got caught out after curfew and snuck off to prom and now shes creeps EVERYWHERE! It is soooo annoying!!!

It happened to me too and aging up didn't stop it. Luckily, it was a sim that I had intended to be kind of a strange person to begin with, so I don't mind. It kind of fits her.

Same thing happend to me too. I also tried resetting, with no luck.
It's not bothering me to much. Error 12 however is , but there are other treads about that

I fixed it! This sim for me, she was having issues turned invisible, and then a few days later she had the funny walk after being grounded, I had found this to fix my previous issue:

    http://crinrict-help.blogspot.com/2011/04/bug-invisible-sims.html

Now it did fix it, but with the debugger download it install it and then click the Nraas on the problem sim, go Debug enabler -> options: sims -> Reset walk

It fixes it. I'm sure once it's fixed if you don't want it you can remove it after you fix your sim. But it seems this debugger fixes all the problems. :D

another way to fix that .. go to edit town, move the family out of the house then back into the house. It fixes that too and without a mod. I did reset sim that did not work. But the move out of the house and back into the house did work.

I never had this in my town, but I remember back in TS2 some animations could freeze, and then I usually solved it by repeating the action that caused that animation. It always fixed it. So, if the creeping walk is from scaring someone, I'd have that sim scare someone. If it is from sneaking out you might need to do that action. Animation/walk is the same, isn't it? I think playful sims can scare others, so you might need to adjust traits to try this...

This happened to me too. All you have to do is move them out and back in (like an above poster said) to get them to stop. There's no need to stop playing the family or to use cheats or mods.

Hi guys. Came across another way to get rid of 'the sneak'. Got so tired of my sim, I sent her to military school. She aged up and came back. Now for some reason she doesnt sneak :)

    Hi, Simmers!

You guys have a problem with the walking, right? That was happening to me too but I have found a solution.

    The Running Disease Hotfix Mod!

You can reset how your sim walks. If you do not know how to download mods. Click here</a> to download. You just stuff this in your Sims 3 folder.

Make sure you have WinRar. If you don't have it, download it here.

Download The Running Disease Hotfix Mod here.

(Sorry if I am saying too many here's)

    Hope this helped!
