What are your favorite items from the new sets?

Wondering what your favorite items are from the new sets. I mean lets say you don't want the whole set, but would like certain items from one of the sets, well I mean any set I guess, not just the new ones, which item would you most like to have. Hopefully cheap items. o.O

Like for example I am liking this hair, but I don't think I would want the whole set because I'm just a builder versus a player...

I like that item too, that rock and the sectional sofa are my favorite items of the set. I won't get them though. I spent all my SimPoints in the Back to School set, I thought it was going to be cheaper.
