Oooook, so things just got interesting in my game. My family is living in the house called "Mint Julia" in Bridgeport, which I somewhat managed to convert to a 2 bdrm house. As you all know Beau and Brena already had 3 children (who have all been sharing the room). I run the game with a few of Twallans mods, one of which allows for autonomous woohoo/risky woohoo.
Well while I was paying attention to Lyric, trying to fufill some wishes, apparently Beau and Brena had some 'fun time', and she became pregnant. No big deal I thought, I wanted 4 children for them anyhow.
So fast forward a little while, and Beau rushes Brena to the hospital. So up comes the pop up box saying they had a baby boy (was hoping for a girl but whatever), so I random the traits and click ok. Another pop up box, this time I get the girl (careful what you wish for I guess LOL), random the traits again, all the while trying to figure out where I'm going to cram two more cribs, and click ok. A 3rd pop up box, another girl!! TRIPLETS!?!?! No fertility reward/kids tv/music....just complete randomness!
OMG, I have never had triplets....and have also never lived in a house this small once I got to the point of having 3 children. Bridgeport is terrible for family housing, and since I don't want to cheat I still can't afford those big houses in the rich neighborhoods. AHHHH Craziness!
Oh Maera that is one full house.On the up side since we don't have seasons you can place a couple of beds in the yard if you need to,tacky I know but works in a pinch.
Sounds like everyone needs to get busy either working or collecting every rock and bug they can find.
Oh my, triplets on top of the children already in the household! I think Beau needs to get a second job Maera I was lucky, I played Beau's household in Bridgeport for ages before I moved him to Los Aniegos so he moved with a chunk of simoleans. It helped that wifey no. 1 was the family I was already playing in LA too, so she was also fairly well off (4th Gen of her family). Six children in one room sounds like it could be a struggle.
edit - All of Beau's offspring are now young adults in my game, pics will be posted soon(ish).
@Maera: In one of my previous games, I lived in the "Mint Julia" house, too. I actually added a wall and cut the large bedroom in half and made it into two smaller bedrooms. Then I added another floor above the garage which gave me a lot more space. If you have the money, just build and add on. Good luck!

Sadly Beau and Lilith have died in my game, I went to make a cuppa and came back to find them toasted... that'll teach me not to pause! They died due to their obsession with the outside hot tub, despite there being one indoors :roll:
I have to choose who will carry on the family, leaning toward Beau jr. at the moment.

She turned out really well, even with Beau's cheekbones!
Aimee had a makeover to change her hair colour to black. Her mother had black hair and had no relatives with blonde hair so it annoyed me she ended up blonde, thank goodness we can change it!

As you can see, she also has Beau's cheekbones!

This thread IS awesome! The double post is the usual, if it happens just slap "double post" in there and people will understand. If you want to post pictures, I'd suggest uploading them to photobucket, where you can edit them and resize them (it's important not to break the page with a really wide picture), and then you use the IMG code that is in square brackets that photobucket provides, and it will show your picture! If you want to play with it a little, there's always the preview button so you can see how your picture will look. Nothing to it As far as quoting someone, on their post there will be a "quote" button, then it automatically puts you into a text box with their stuff at the top, so you can just add in your things at the bottom after the closing quote tag, and voila!
