    WaterFront Apartment Complex - Perfect for Late Night!!!

    Hey guys I built this lot a while back, and think it would be perfect for Late Night, now that most of you have it. It has 8 separate apartments all are decorated diffenertly, and have a large open plan living area/kitchen/dining room, and one bathroom and one double bedroom.

      Thank-you, yes it did take me a while to perfect. It's based off of an apartment complex near where I live, and I think it turned out really well, and pretty close to the original.

      The link to download is where it says Waterfront apartment complex in blue :)

      Wow I love this! I like your design and coulor scheme of the apartments, this must have taken a while to build, but it was worth the time, It's a great lot!

      Wow, such a beautiful apartment building! You've really spent a lot of time decorating it well. Just one question: is it a "real" LN-style apartment, or is it just a really big single-dwelling building with multiple living areas?

      It is just a big single-dwelling building with multiple living areas, but if you place the call box for the LN apartments via edit town or buydebug you can change it to a LN apartment :)

      Oh, so is that how you do it? I've been looking all over the place for an explanation of how apartments work, with the hopes of building my own one day. Sorry to just dump on you, but you're the first person I've talked to that has actually cracked it. So you use buydebug to place a call box? How do you change the mailbox? How do you indicate which apartment is for your Sim and which are for NPCs?

      By the way, I tried downloading WaterFront Apartment Complex, only I want all of them furnished (because I want to pick which one is for my Sim, not let EA do it for me, lol). However, the Mediafire upload you've linked to in your comment for some reason redirects to the Wikipedia entry for HTP. Just thought you should know! :3

      I think the mailbox is in buydebug too, I haven't tried it yet, but read it on another thread.

      Hi there strelitzia19. Beautiful apartment. I like the exterior design and its color, with different wall heights and playful roofing. I also like your floor layout. The pool area looks like a hotel's. :D I gave this a rec. Thanks for sharing.

      :D Hello, stunning Apartment building, your right it would be perfect for Late Night, but I don't know if you need some kind of "not your apartment" wall blocker for it to run correctly. Please, I'm not picking on your build, I love it (rec'd &DL) but I am wondering if it could be used blackout style??? Like in LN.
