btw if you guys need i can give you a forums... i own a lot of gamer orientated websites and domains i could turn 1 that im not using into a forums and host it for you. its not a big deal since i notice sims forums go down quite often.
it hasn't been missed velter. don't worry. with this project that we do to help out the community we don't always flip in order. we like to pick up lots we get inspired by and take it from there. if you don't it tends to feel like a task and not at all fun. we want this to be fun for both parties. we also have an off-site list of all the flips that have been requested due to site maintenance sometimes limiting our ability to get on the forums.
on that note i do have some questions regarding your flip, Williams Manor.
1. do you mind us scaling down the build down as there is a lot of space in there which most mat not get used by a sim family.
2. do you mind us using cc patterns or would like it base game patterns only?
3. i do have cc items, eg furniture and decor in game same with the other flippers. would you feel comfortable with us using some pieces or would like us not to use these?
4. is there any colours you do or don't like?

Scaling down is fine i just wanted the library for a kinda medevil dungeon with a knowledge base in it but forgot that i could makea basement .... all colors are fine yes even pink it depends on how its being used and what may i ask are cc items? third party downloaded items? if so then just tell me where to find them and yes. next wanted to know could i ask you guys help ONLY on colors like floor color and wall colors and for 1 other lot it may look basic at first glance but its far more intricite once you lookinside....
all it really needs is a womans touch or a bit of fashion... anyway um about my earlier question i was saying i didnt see it being added to the queue thats why i asked was it missed

It means the front yard has to change, will that be ok? You mentioned a classic loft style and I think nothing says that more than exposed old brick to me, so I added some, which I think works really well with the siding? Anyway see what you think?
I have started woring on the interior... So am hoping you like the shell so far lol, this is a view in the main lounge... do you like it? If you dont I can change it . You can see some exposed brick (matched where it is externally, but most rooms will show none or less.

I really like the new look of the shell of the house! Moving the front door is fine as it makes it more symmetrical. I am not really into the color of the brick siding you used. If you can use maybe a white-ish or maybe a gray-ish brick it might look better. The interior brick is not really eye catching for me but it also just may be the color throwing me off lol. If you could change the color I might be able to warm up to it a bit more. The front yard needs change now, to go with the new exterior look, so it's fine.

The bottom floor looks great so far! I just installed Ambitions myself so anything from that expansion is fine by me. Please keep up the awesome work! I can't wait for it to be finished! Oh one more thing... If I could have a room/attic/basement, something set aside for a workshop for my ambitions sims? If you could do that, it would be awesome!

I also have struggled to post ANYTHING or get on these forums, worse when you are logged in too! Extremely frustrating . I don't know if you have considered joining a forum/fansite outside of TS3...as they actually work lol. As I am a member of several and we could liaise directly through Pm's (which is great as we get email notifications also!). This is totally up to you of course, and it's no problem to keep contact here on TS3 if you prefer .

Also, just to say can you delte all the outdoor tiles and keept the underwater tomb relatively the same - you can change it a little bit and other than that you can rebuild the building add different windows - i rally don't care!....
Hi Plimmia. I will do as you wish for sure. Can I keep the underwater tomb but make it fit more into my theme? I have researched Archimedes and was planning on an ancient Greek structure with the tomb underneath. If you agree I will show you pictures to make sure you approve.

2/ I have done the kitchen prior to Ambitions but would you like laundry facilities in it?
3/ On the top floor any preference for the bedrooms? You have a master bedroom and a boys nursery so far. Upstairs is room for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. They could be a kids room (boy or girl) a teenage room (boy or girl) and a guest double room.... or would you like an exercise room instead maybe?

Hey Alli everything looks pretty good! I especially love the master bedroom! In the kitchen the bar stools look out of place with the natural wood color, can you change the frame color to white or gray to match the rest of the kitchen but keep the seat pattern/color as is? The boys nursery looks even better than before!
1) The Garage is fine for a studio/workshop.
2) The kitchen or a large bathroom for laundry facilities would be ideal.
3) Upstairs can I have a shared girl's room for a child and a teen? I would also like the additional bedroom to be a guest/ Simbot bedroom.
Additional requests: I prefer my sims living in the lap of luxury so could I have the study furniture revamped to the more expensive and environment friendly ambitions love-seat, desk, and dining chair? Also, for the bathroom, the the high end loft stuff toilet or the most comfortable toilet and higher end counter sinks would be preferred. Is there room in the backyard for a small pool?
And finally, I love all the really cool custom objects you used!
I hope I am not being too picky or demanding for you... :?
