    This is a build I uploaded today for xTwilightxLovex it is a family beach house located on Recurve Strand in Sunset Valley.

      Hi Benjoon,

      That is one gorgeous modern beach lot! Love the deck area very much! The landscaping is really pretty! Love that slope that you have made and put the potted plants on top of it! Very innovative! My favourite part of your build is the interior! Love the kitchen, living room and the bathroom! Also, the outside picnic area is rather beautiful! Great job Benjoon! I am off to your studio to recommend your lot! :thumbup:

      The CFE took me a while hehe my first time trying a curve and i decide to put a foundation and a false wall in the middle >< I do love to make life difficult for myself rofl.

      Benny! This has to be my new favourite build by you, its fabulous! The CFE buttresses (?) look innovative and cool. The light colours with the touches the turquoise look just lovely.

      What an amazing lot, you've built it to fit perfectly on the lot, it looks fantastic. I love the colors you've used and the architectural form is very interesting :D

      Thanks all of you guys for the recs and the downloads :) I hope you enjoy it if you play with it.

      Seems everybody likes the kitchen hehe I used a really nice pallette based on colours of the sea in Sardinia. I'm glad it worked well.

      Benny, I love the seafoam greens and pretty ocean blues that you've used to decorate this beach house! Everything has come out so pretty. The exterior is very eye-catching. What a neat place to relax by the beach in! :D

      wow benn, this beach-home is outstanding! i love every bit of it, the colours, the architecture, the interiors (most of all the kitchen - great idea with the columns!). it´s one of those that i would have rebuilt in real if i could afford ^^

      That is beautiful!
      I love the interior design the most, but I'm also fond of the little sloping areas where plants are displayed. Good job!
