So I'm playing a rotational save in HR and I swear I found a swimming spot in Galloping Gulch by a waterfall. So a few game weeks later it is now the end of summer so I decide to take a household out swimming to enjoy the last of the warm weather but now I can't find the swimming spot anymore, I found a spot where I think it maybe used to be but the river looks really shallow there so I am wondering if the river dries up over summer and is no longer swimmable and then fills up again when the rains come back? This would be a really cool feature if so, but honestly the neighborhood is so massive it's hard to find where you're trying to go!
