Yes, I definitely have. Both up and down on highways that have steep grades (15%-20%). They make me nervous because people often go unnecessarily fast and drive like maniacs weaving back and forth between lanes.
Not deliberately, but yes, I have eaten hot, steaming food without blowing on it before and it doesn't feel good at all. Burning the inside of your mouth and/or your throat really feels terrible and lasts for days.
