Does anyone know what happens with existing newborns? Are they changed automatically into the updated ones or do they stay the same?
I think they will update automatically which means they may instantly turn into rugrats, especially if they are about to turn into toddlers anyway. This is just speculation on my part.
Mine is downloading now, but it did say “log in did not go as planned” at first, too. I just logged back in & it worked, but I noticed that if I look at sims games, all of the DLC content that I own says “purchase”, so I’m a little scared to open my game.
EA App is borked, Cade said they are on it. It made me sign in again and then my sims 4 game wasn't listed but other games were. Now I can't even log in. Waiting on EA to fix it.

Same here.
Yep. I keep getting that too. I can't even log in.

My library is still empty despite multiple reloads of the page but at the bottom left it says it is preparing a 10.82 gb update
Still locked out. And no library the last time I got in.
Oh lordy my library is empty too. I have a shortcut on my desktop. Will see if that works.
Updated with Werewolf Diaries (1)
All the sims err'day
Same here, had to restart the PC. No update either.
Try clicking into your game. It will prompt you for update if it needs one. See if that works.
I'm having the same issue try starting your game then exit it shows in mine now @BooDaBoo5
This is why they used to do it by date in each country, so it didn't cause all these problems.
11.23GB on PS5.
I just had to exit and open it again. All is well.
