    Starlight Accolades Broken?

    I patched my game. I did a game repair. I patched it again, since there was yet another patch the very next day. I did a game repair. Up until this moment, the Starlight Accolades has been working. I doublechecked my Mods folder, I haven't added any mods than were there upon the last time the Show worked. I exited without saving and am now currently undergoing another game repair. What is going on?

      No Host, for one. My Sim sat in the front row waiting and waiting and waiting. Nothing happened. Shades of what I went through several months ago. Happily, after I exited without saving and tried again, all was normal. Yay.

      My sim was trying to have a baby at the hospital recently and the doctor didn’t show up. Then I noticed a Servo outside breaking down and she was tagged as the doctor. My sim’s husband repaired her and they went right in to surgery. I don’t suppose your host was a Servo, too? Just a thought!

      Thank you. I sincerely can't understand what happened. I had this recurring problem a few months back, but I was persuaded by others, that the one mod for 21-day seasons instead of 28 days was the problem. I removed said mod and haven't, until just recently, had this problem again. :open_mouth:

      I don't think so. I have no Servos in my game that I have seen anyway. None of my Sims have the required skills to even build one. :open_mouth:

      My sims haven’t built any but there are some Servos that were automatically generated in my game, probably when my sims were at uni. I know it was a long shot, though!

      That's very interesting, all the same. I've yet to see a servo in my game.

      Do you use many mods? If so, remove them, (make certain you delete the localthumbcache.package) and see if the Award Show works. If it does, then one of your mods is the culprit. Slowly, add back the mods, play the game and see if the Award Show is still functioning. Then, and only then add another mod and wash, rinse, repeat until the culprit reveals itself. For me, it was the LilMsSams 21-day season over 28 day seasons mod. I was sorry to let that one go, but went back to the 14 day seasons I was playing prior to learning of that mod. Now, my Sims has moved twice and the Accolades only had that one strange glitch. After I exited the game and removed the localthumbcache.package before I went back in, things went just as they should. Also, if you haven't already done so, do a game repair.
