My second off-the-grid themed build. First one to come later.

My first attempt at an off-the-grid build was a small island. Unfortunately it didnt leave much ground area to build a home and a garden. Also the sims are addicted to swimming. So I built this. Not with direct access to the ocean but a pool. Initially I wanted a pond but sims swimming in ponds doesnt really work. So its a pool pretending to be a pond. Now they dont run away and instead enjoy the pool.

It has alot of perfect raised herbs, crops, vegetables and fruits. It also has rabbits and birds if you have cottage living. Perfect for passive garden maintenance
