Oh my gosh XD The gnomes are supposed to disappear or become stationary again once Harvest Fest (or whatever it's called lmao) is over, to know that this is still broken three years later is just too funny. I mean I only laugh, because crying would hurt too much. XD

@Mstybl95 you appease them and then they teleport from room to room all day on Harvestfest leaving seed packets in their wake. If your household doesn't feel like gardening, you can sell the seed packets for S100 each, for a nice big holiday bonus. The gnomes can also be sold for a few hundred simoleons each.
Tremor and Aashiyana's cat is capable of moving through solid objects. This is perhaps standard for a cat?

I'm a new member as of writing this, so I can't post an image, but I had a sim with the kleptomaniac trait, and he had 2 "Need to Swipe" moodlets. That alone is already pretty crazy, but those both made him uncomfortable!
